What’s new

Software that isn’t finished.

We ship continuously, publish every release to every customer, and take feature requests from the practices that use this daily. Your idea gets a status you can watch.

How your idea becomes a feature

01 You ask Any staff member submits an idea from inside the app — no support ticket, no sales call. It arrives with the module and the screen it came from.
02 We prioritise Requests are scored openly against the four criteria below and placed on the public roadmap with a status.
03 Everyone gets it It ships to every practice on that plan at once, with a release note saying what changed and which module it touched.

Where a request sits, at any moment

Every submitted idea carries a public status. Nothing disappears into a black hole.

Submitted Logged with who asked and from where.
Under review Scored, and checked against existing modules.
Planned Accepted, with a release window.
In build Being written now. You can watch it move.
Shipped Live for everyone, with a release note.

How we prioritise

Requests are ranked openly, on four things. Loudest voice doesn’t win.

Reach How many practices asked Requests are deduplicated across every customer. Ten practices asking beats one asking ten times.
Time Chair and front-desk time Anything that removes a manual step for a person doing it fifty times a day rises fast.
Revenue Effect on starts or AR Ideas that convert more consults or collect faster get weighted above convenience.
Fit Strengthens what exists Deepening a module the whole platform already shares beats a new isolated feature.

Release notes

Every release is published inside the app and emailed to your team the day it ships — what changed, and which module it touched. The board where you submit an idea, vote on someone else’s and watch it move is part of your subscription, so the full feed lives behind your login rather than being re-typed here.

Every improvement reaches every practice on your plan. No upgrade invoice.

Releases publish in-app and by email the day they ship, with what changed and which module it touched.
